Field Register classifies CRM fields against a dictionary of what such fields commonly hold and maps the findings to privacy requirements. It is guidance to organise your own data governance, not legal advice, a data protection impact assessment or an audit opinion. Your DPO, counsel or assessor decides what applies in your context, and the classification of any field is only as right as its name and contents.

Subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time from the billing portal; access continues to the end of the paid period. Refunds are given on request within 30 days of any charge. We may change prices with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

The requirement text and evidence guidance are licensed content and may be used within your organisation for your own compliance work. They may not be resold or republished. The field dictionary is ours.

The service is provided as is. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before a claim. These terms are governed by the law of Queensland, Australia.
